Ballysheen House is a semi-detached cottage, located next to the owners' own home in the townland of Ballysheen, just 5.5 miles from Rosslare Harbour in County Wexford and can sleep ten people. The cottage has a ground floor double bedroom, a ground floor twin bedroom, two family rooms with a king-size double and a single bed with an en-suite bathroom, a ground floor shower room, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area (seats 6) and an additional sitting room (seats 5). Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a shared, lawned front garden with a patio and furniture, a shared garden with fenced pond and a courtyard with furniture, plus there is also shared use of a tennis court. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.If your dog is a shedding breed - you will need to clean their fur up throughout your stay. Note: There is a charge applicable of €85 per dog per stay. Note: Dogs are not to be left in the property unattended. Note: From April to September, this property only accepts a minimum of four night booking.

Resumen: This was an excellent home, really it was like a mansion (it's HUGE), and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were there for 11 nights and we have a big family with 5 children so it takes a lot for us to all be happy. The home provided more than adequate space for all of us and the grounds of the property are very well maintained. There is a huge playhouse in the back of the home with a play set and it's so much fun for a family of children to play hide and seek, cops and robbers or any kind of imaginative outdoor play! There are many Irish pubs nearby in Wexford for families, grocery shopping was convenient, there was a McD's less than 15 mins away and yet where the home is located provides privacy with plenty of Ireland to experience. It was truly the best of both worlds! The bedding was very plush; plenty of dishes etc. The home is very private and the owner was incredibly nice and available by text throughout our stay and she came to greet us the day we arrived. The WIFI was great too. Too many good things to list really. Excellent value and the price was incredibly reasonable too; you get way more than was was requested! Additionally, after we left this home the Owner contacted me and told me she found my sons I-phone 6 in the play area! We looked everywhere and thought it was gone for good; thankfully she was gracious and notified us immediately - she even went to the Royal Post and mailed it to us directly at no charge and did so as a courtesy! There are a few honest people left in this world and this owner is one of them! Please book this home right away if you are looking for a mansion for a reasonable price for your family! Highly recommend to anyone looking for the Ireland experience!
